Usage suggestions: Use one capsule the first evening before bed. If you do not achieve the desired effect (at least 3-4 bowel movements) the next day, increase usage by one capsule each night until you do. If it takes more than four capsules to achieve the desired effect, a weekly intestinal flush can be done.
