General Policy

It is our sincere wish and our policy that our customers receive excellent service and prompt action on all orders and requests. If you experience any cause for dissatisfaction, please communicate the circumstances to us right away and we will do our very best to rectify the issue. If you feel you have not been properly taken care of, please write to the owner, Paris Morfopoulos, via our Contact Us page.

International Shipments

As we cannot control what happens to an order after it has left our facilities, all international orders are shipped at the customer’s risk. It is impossible for us to be knowledgeable about Customs practices in every country. Please consult with your local Customs office to determine what type of products, quantities or dollar values can be imported without incurring additional duty, taxes or import documentation. All shipments are FOB Clearwater and all duty, tax, brokerage and freight are the responsibility of the importer.  Payment may be necessary to release your order from Customs before delivery.

International Orders Returned to Us

Occasionally, a shipment is returned to us because it was refused by Customs, it was undeliverable due to an incorrect address or the customer failed to clear it through Customs or otherwise accept delivery. Typically, the foreign post office returns it to us by the lowest priority, usually by ship, and this can take several months. If the product is returned to us in like new condition, we will issue a refund of the purchase price, not including the shipping. We will not issue refunds until we do receive the items and determine their condition. It is very very rare for items to be lost. Please be patient.

Goods Damaged in Transit

If your package appears to be crushed, tampered with or otherwise visibly damaged upon arrival, please take it up with the shipping company or Post Office immediately and file a claim. Take photos of the package before opening it.

Refunds, Returns, Etc.

If you should receive products that are defective or otherwise unsatisfactory, please contact Customer Service at the One Stoppe Shoppe for speedy resolution. Returns for other reasons can be accepted, if in as-new condition, within a reasonable time frame and credit will be issued minus shipping costs. Please contact us for instructions prior to returning goods.

Sales Tax

All taxable items shipped to addresses in Florida will be charged sales tax.
