Cal-M is our unique take on cal-mag, a powdered blend of calcium, magnesium and organic cider vinegar. Cal-M is designed to deliver these important minerals as acetates, making them more readily absorbed by the body.

Calcium and magnesium work in harmony in the human body, at a ratio we have mirrored in our unique Cal-M formula. Our added spray-dried cider vinegar reacts with calcium and magnesium to form mineral acetates, a type of electrolyte which are easily absorbed and utilised by the body. Cal-M also provides traces of potassium, phosphorous, zinc and iron. Premixed and dried, Cal-M provides the perfect mix of calcium and magnesium. All you have to do is add water.

WHY DO WE ADD APPLE CIDER VINEGAR?
Apple cider vinegar is made from the fermented juice of crushed apples. It contains a naturally occurring compound called acetic acid. When in contact with calcium and magnesium, acetic acid reacts to form the mineral salts calcium acetate and magnesium acetate. This is the reaction that happens when you mix Cal-M into water, juice or smoothies, ready for delivery into your cells.
